Chatterbox
Chatterbox is a character created by MoNsTeR that appears in the level collection Lost Evil. He is one of the Three Madmen alongside Loony and Nipper, and he is a robot.
Description
Appearance
Chatterbox is a black box with a red outline and eyes and a mouth made of multiple rectangles.
Personality
Chatterbox is the smartest of the three madmen. He loves unpredictable attacks and chases, acting only on his own goals and ignoring the framework of morality. Chatterbox is not able to experience any emotions and can only imitate them. When emotions are manifested, he begins to glitch, which can lead to unpredictable consequences.
Abilities
Without the hexagon element, Chatterbox can only summon lasers and short-ranged energy waves. When using the element, Chatterbox gains the ability to use different types of machinery, sawblades and lasers to attack.
History
Past
In the past, Chatterbox was alive. He was terminally ill, so he agreed to save his life in a very dubious way. His consciousness was digitized and transferred to the robot's body. However, a mistake in the transfer process would eventually drive him crazy.
Lost Evil
In Three Madmen, Chatterbox activates a crystal stolen by Siley and attacks the player along with Nipper and Loony. After the events of Three Madmen, Chatterbox, Loony, and Nipper decided to pull the four elements from the crystal, which was still stuck in Siley's head.
After unsuccessful attempts to kill Hal from Nipper and Loony, Chatterbox went into battle himself. He used the hexagon element to power his crazy attacks. At one point, two elements try to take the hexagon element from Chatterbox. However, Chatterbox has already firmly connected with the element, so the capture is unsuccessful. Chatterbox then began to use the element in full force, but this weakens it, allowing it enough room to escape from his control.
Trivia
- Chatterbox is the one who began the search for the crystal. He found it through his good connections.
- Chatterbox is the very first of the Three Madmen to have done terrible things alone. He was found by Loony and Nipper afterward.
