Dub
Dub is a boss character in True Power created by Official Dre. He makes his debut appearance in Slap Squad after being created by Step.
History
Dub was created by Step with the power of a soul from her last victim. Her intent was to use Dub to steal all three of the player's souls. Dub was brought to life with the headphones being placed on his square body, At the end of Slap Squad, Dub's headphones are taken by Step, causing him to be returned to a simple square. After taking the square, a frustrated Step leaves to find a new way to kill the player.
Description
Dub is a purple square with light purple eyes, hands, and a mouth. He also wears a dark purple pair of headphones.
Personality
Dub is clearly determined to help Step fulfill her plans, stopping at nothing to try and kill Hal. He doesn't question what Step wants from Hal and doesn't know he's doing it so Step can steal Hal's souls.

- Dashing around the screen.
- Using a variety of laser and bullet related attacks.
- Summoning music notes.
- Pulling walls on-screen.
- Throwing and swinging hammers.
- Sending out shockwaves from his headphones.
Trivia
- Dub and Step's names are a play on the word "Dubstep".
- Dub is the first boss by Official Dre to be lip-synced.
- Before True Power was cancelled, Dub was planned to have a sequel level.
- Dub makes a cameo appearance in Check Out 2, where The Entity summons a prefab of him to assist in attacking the player.
