Emlee
Emlee is a character in the Corruption story collection created by -Galactica-. He first appeared fighting alongside his sister Rangar in Challenger, where they both attempted to defeat the player. Emlee eventually returned in his own level Hydra, unaware that the player was actually on Cookiez’s side and intent on finally defeating them.
Description
Appearance
Emlee is an orange square with a darker orange circle behind the square. He has two black, rectangular eyes and two circular orange hands. He is normally seen holding a small orange sword which he uses for attacks.
Personality
While he always likes to do the right thing, Emlee is impatient, stubborn, and rude. This shows most when interacting with his sister Rangar, where he's gone as far as stabbing her in the head and using her as a mace in Challenger. Emlee is also extremely determined and is loyal to Cookiez.[1]
Abilities
Emlee is able to transform his sword into any melee weapon, but is less skilled with ranged combat.[2]
- Summoning and attacking with a large variety of swords
- Shooting the tip of his sword out to create a chain that can be swung around
- Slamming the edges of the screen to create shockwaves
- Growing in size and attacking from the background
- Summoning sawblades
Trivia
- Emlee's color palette is based off of the Solar Lunar Event from Terraria, where the player can get a multitude of melee-based items.[3]
- Emlee’s name is a corruption of the word “melee”.[3]
- He thinks that Rangar is weak, when she pins him against a wall at the end of Hydra.[4]
