Loony
Loony is a character created by MoNsTeR who appears the level collection, Lost Evil.
History
Past
In the distant past, Loony became the victim of a maniac. The maniac cut out his mouth and inserted the speaker into a wide smile. Loony received a serious mental trauma, began to wear a mask that smoothed out all his mental pain, and after a while he went crazy. He was engaged in robberies and pogroms, he loved to attract the attention of others and was not afraid of anyone. He saved Chatterbox from pursuit, after which he introduced Chatterbox to Nipper and they teamed up and called themselves the "Three Madmen".
Lost Evil
Loony made his debut in Three Madmen, where he attacks the player along with Chatterbox and Nipper. After the events of Three Madmen, Chatterbox, Loony and Nipper decided to take the four components out of the crystal, because Siley was still weak and the crystal couldn't be pulled out of his head. He then appears in Follow Me Remix, going up against Hal while using the circle element.
Description
Appearance
Loony is a black circle with a red outline with Cross eyes and a mouth made of rectangles that resemble a smile. He is also shown to have circular hands of the same color as his body. When he has the circle element, his body glows with an extra white outline.
Personality
Loony is the maddest of the three madmen. Because of the mask, it is not known what emotions he really feels, but he often laughs uncontrollably. He also swears, as shown in Follow Me Remix (Loony).
Abilities
Loony can create small pulses from his body. He is shown to be wielding a shotgun in his boss level.

- He got his nickname from his madness and crazy actions.
