Description
(Thanks to "LoganSlinderman" for the thumbnail!; PLAY ON DEV BRANCH) Hal meets a new friend, and he loves to party! My first official PA level! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! ^^

Moonlight Sonata is Mc-Starz's first level. It features the debut of the boss Stereo.

Layout

Opening

The level begins with grey pulses and white bullets coming from the right.  After that, the boss, Stereo appears in the middle of the screen with the faint word, “Stereo!” The grey pulses also change to white horizontal beams.  A little while later, his hands emerge from the bottom of the screen and his headphones come from the top.  Stereo then pulls the left and right walls toward him, forcing the player to go under or above him.

Checkpoint 1

Stereo disappears by going to the top of the screen, where circular bombs and hexagons start appearing on the screen.  Every so often, four vertical beams will appear.

Checkpoint 2

Stereo appears at the center of the screen again and spits out circular bullets while smaller vertical beams appear.  Stereo will also occasionally spit out a bunch of smaller, square bullets.  Near the end of this part,  eight beams will come out of Stereo, with him then disappearing afterwards.

Checkpoint 3

Giant vertical triangles start spawning, with vertical particles coming out of them.  These are then replaced by smaller, vertical triangles that appear more frequently.  Stereo then comes from the top of the screen, introducing himself and beginning the party.

Checkpoint 4

Stereo’s hands appear from the ground, as well as a set of speakers.  Stereo then goes near the top of the screen as it zooms out, revealing a set of stage lights.  During this section, bullets will fly horizontally from left to right as well as right to left.  The stage lights will occasionally create a beam and the speakers will occasionally create a pulse that the player has to dash through.  Halfway through the section, Stereo will create a wave that the player has to dodge on the floor.  The next section has Stereo in the center of a circle that the player has to be inside of.  Stereo will spit out multiple bullets and then create a horizontal beam with his hands and move up and down to add on to the bullets.

Checkpoint 5

Stereo pauses and catches his breath, and then resumes partying. The walls to the left and the right then move in a little, forcing the player more toward the center.  Horizontal lines will appear during this section of the level and Stereo will occasionally create a pulse that the player has to dash through or go down into the ground and appear back where he started.  There is a small part after that section where Stereo goes into the middle of the screen where he spits a bunch of bullets, then three sets of eight beams.  The next section has the top and bottom walls in a little bit, prohibiting the player from hiding in any corners.  Stereo will move around the screen and occasionally have four beams come out of him while rotating.  On top of that, there are some square bullets that travel horizontally as well.  Near the end, Stereo holds the beams out for longer, getting distressed as the screen zooms in.

Checkpoint 6

Stereo goes to sleep at the center of the level, while smaller bullets come from the top of the screen.  Midway through the section, Stereo creates a pulse that the player has to dodge through. He apologizes for being exhausted and resumes partying.

Checkpoint 7

Stereo’s hands descend from the top of the screen and a set of speakers come out of the ground.  The screen zooms out as a ground and a set of walls are revealed.  Stereo goes to the top of the screen and stands there while vertical beams fire.   After a little while, Stereo begins descending downward between the speakers as he spits out multiple sets of four bullets.  A circle is then formed around the player, with Stereo in the center.  Everything except the player begins rotating, with Stereo attacking with bullets in sets of four and beams coming out of him.

Final Checkpoint

The final checkpoint has Stereo bidding farewell to the player. Three dots appear above Stereo’s right hand as he attempts to fist bump with the player. Stereo then says “Well, goodnight!” as he disappears at the top of the screen.  A white flash happens, then the credits roll.
