ol666
ol666 is a Project Arrhythmia level creator known for the Black Heart level collection and its characters. He began creating in 2019 with his first level Before the World Dies. Outside of the Black Heart collection, ol666 has uploaded multiple joke levels, some standalone levels, and has participated in the first and second versions of PA Memories. Additionally, ol666 is a manager of the Vitamin Games Discord server.
Since joining the community, ol666 has gained the most YouTube subscribers for any Project Arrhythmia level creator. The top 5 most popular levels of all time on the Steam Workshop, as of 1/20/2023, are all created by ol666.[2] He is notably committed to creating exclusively boss levels, with every single level he's created featuring some form of character or boss.[3]

- He was represented as the bOLss character by Crazy Train in Song of Storms.
- In fanart, ol666 is often represented as a character with pale skin, blonde hair and blue eyes - a design based on his Minecraft skin. The designs also occasionally have red horns, wings and a tail which reference the "666" part of his name.
