I'm Ovy. We still have some unfinished business. I have a few new inventions...and you will be perfect to test them out.

Ovy is a character created by Ovy as a persona character. He appears first in Never Give Up, where he attacks the player alongside members of the Galaxy Cluster that he upgrades with mechanical abilities. Ovy also makes an appearance in the persona boss rush Rampage, alongside Stereo.
Description
Appearance
Ovy is a black octagon with a white outline. He has two rectangular, white eyes and two circle hands. He seems to be wearing a necklace made of hexagons. Ovy also has two transparent white triangles behind his body that rotate around.
Personality
Ovy appears to be uncaring towards the player's health, and simply sees them as a vehicle for his experimentation. However, he rarely has been shown speaking and his personality as a whole is unknown.

- Summoning machinery and mechanical parts to attack with
- Summoning sawblades and gears
Trivia
- This is Ovy's second persona character, with the first being The Overlord from Mayhem.
