Project Paradox was a collection of levels created by Cavespider3. It is a collection of cutscenes, levels, and boss fights, split up into multiple chapters. It is now replaced by Cypher of Fading Memories.

- Project Paradox was originally called "Ayrrithmic Destroyer"
- when the name was changed, the story would've been split into two large chapters, with chapter two taking place in A Hat in Time.
- this was then changed back to just taking place in Project Arrythmia, due to Cavespider3 wanting everyone to be able to play all chapters, without the need to buy another game.
- even though the Storyline changed many times, a few things have not changed:
- The main antagonist is female
- Cavespider was part of the story
