Rangar
- Rangar, Hydra
Rangar is a character in the Corruption storyline created by -Galactica-. She is Emlee's sister, and appears alongside him in their debut level Challenger. Afterwards, she briefly reappears in Frontlines where she helps stop Cookiez from fighting the player, and again returns in Hydra to stop Emlee from doing the same. Rangar is themed around ranged weapons, with a gun as her weapon of choice.
Description
Appearance
Rangar is a turquoise circle with a square behind her. She has two rectangular eyes and square hands. She is often seen with a blue gun that she uses for attacks - it can fire both lasers and bullets.
Personality
Rangar seems to be relatively kind, although she seems to get frustrated with her twin Emlee often. However, she'll always do what Emlee says.[1] She is scared by Emlee, due to him treating her poorly.[2]
Abilities
Rangar can shoot any type of projectile out of her gun, which is the source of her powers. However, she usually only fires more basic bullets or lasers as more powerful attacks are more exhausting to use.[3]
- Shooting spreads of small bullets
- Shooting fast, larger bullets
- Sweeping with a laser from her gun
- Firing lasers from her gun
Trivia
- Rangar's color pallete is based off of the Vortex Lunar Event from Terraria, where the player can get a multitude of ranged-based items.[4]
- Rangar's name is a corruption of the word "ranger".
