Ray
Ray is a character created by DXL44. He is a supporting character in Another World, where he appears in its prologue as one of the Navigator Stars alongside Sunrise. Additionally, he makes a cameo appearance in the level Birth of the Sun.
Ray is Sunrise's apprentice, and is training under them to be capable of protecting a world by himself. He is the one who alerts Sunrise to important events in the universe they both watch, setting the player's journey in Another World into motion. During the events of Another World, Ray remains in Elevatia and anxiously awaits Sunrise's return - due to the circumstances, it is impossible to communicate with Sunrise or anyone else in Another World's universe.[1]
Description
Appearance
Ray is a yellow circle with five pointed crystals circling his body. He has a single eye made out of a filled circle and a circle outline.
Personality
Ray is generally nervous, both about the state of Another World’s universe and their role as an apprentice Navigator Star. [2] However, he means well and will put himself up to the tasks necessary. While Sunrise is gone, he looks into their notes on the world in the hopes of finding some way to help.[1]
