Description
Three years later, and Lumi is back for round 3! Thanks to Chettodust for the thumbnail, and credit to Lumbud84 for Lumi’s existence and letting me make the level!

World is Mine is an Expert difficulty level created by Noodlekin. The level is Noodlekin’s second fan level with Lumbud84’s character Lumi, being a sequel to Pixels and featuring a “hard mode” version of her created by Technado. DIYDamian also assisted in its creation, making the backgrounds and end screen for the level. The level was initially teased with a trailer in the Project Arrhythmia Workshop Direct, and released about a week later.

Layout

Start

A short scene of a blue tree shows before fading into the background. Lumi then appears in the center of the screen, after a loading circle completes.

Checkpoint 1

Lumi hovers in the center of the screen while singing, as the backgrounds of the level change rapidly. The camera slowly zooms in as pulse attacks that release shockwaves periodically appear in random onscreen positions.

Checkpoint 2

The screen begins to zoom out, as Lumi stops singing and begins bouncing in place. As the shockwave attacks continue, she begins to attack with groups of rotating lasers. Lumi continually flashes yellow before she transforms into her new form, with the level name appearing and her winking towards the screen.

Checkpoint 3

Lumin moves around as the camera follows her, releasing explosions of diamond bullets. Rectangle walls on the top and bottom of the screen shoot vertical lasers. Occasionally, Lumi pauses and turns into a spinning orb, spewing out bullets as walls close in from the left and right.

Checkpoint 4

The camera zooms out from the spinning orb attack to reveal two large walls on the left and right, forming a square playing field. In each corner of the square is a rotating square, with each one attacking with a pulse in a clockwise pattern. Lasers in a cross shape appear, with Lumi eventually appearing on the sides to attack with a bullet explosion.

Checkpoint 5

A brief scene shows of Lumi underneath the tree from earlier in the level, overlooking a city skyline. The scene fades once again as Lumi reappears in the center.

Checkpoint 6

SPELL CARD
Semicircular Division ~Another Division~ [Now.Thats.What.I.Call.Innovation!]

- Spell Card text, World is Mine

Lumi releases lasers and bullet explosions as the song builds, shaking her headphones. A Spell Card text appears on the bottom of the screen, and she creates four rotating beams. As Lumi consistently attacks with bullet explosions, pulse attacks cover the formed segments. Halfway through this attack pattern, the number of bars (and thus semicircle attacks) doubles.

Checkpoint 7

Lumi hops onto a stage, with a speaker appearing to her left and right. She takes out a megaphone and sings out of it to release a cluster of lasers. As she repeats this attack, the speakers create bullet explosions. This section also scrolls upwards, with the crowd below acting as a wall to force the player to keep moving.

Checkpoint 8

This section features zero gameplay and acts as a credits scene of the level. After a brief perspective view of Lumi performing from the stage, the level credits show, with scenes showing the level's contributors as crowd members. Lumbud84, the last of the group to appear, tears up in joy as the end screen appears.

  • The Semicircular Division spell card is a direct reference to the original Yggdrasil Leaf level.
