Cookiez
Cookiez is a character created by -Galactica-. He is a major protagonist in the Corruption storyline, where he is the main protector of the Crystal Of Dark. [1]
History
Cookiez first appears in the level 2011, fighting against the player because he believes they have something to do with how the Dark Crystal has been acting strangely.[2] In the next level (Electroman Adventures), they send Zapp to defeat the player. They don't make an appearance again until the level Frontlines, where they continue to fight the player - however, at the end of this level Zapp explains how they are an ally.
Now fighting alongside the player, Cookiez seeks out the dark crystal with them. Once they find it, the crystal attempts to control Cookiez - creating Evil Cookiez. Cookiez eventually defeats his evil counterpart alongside the player, but he escapes. Surprised at his clone's strength, Cookiez plans to head back to "base" with the player and regroup.
Description
Appearance
Cookiez is a purple square with 4 smaller squares on his corners, and he also has a white outline. He has a singular eye resembling a square that's missing its corners.
Personality
Cookiez is the smartest of his group, however he is the least powerful. He jumps to conclusions way too often, as shown by his initial decision to attack the player simply because they showed up when the Dark Crystal began acting odd.[2][3] According to Zapp, Cookiez tends to assume things when under pressure.
Abilities
Cookiez has some dark-related powers, due to being the protector of the Crystal of Dark. However, he is the weakest out of all the Dark Crystal's protectors.[4][5]
- Can attack using lasers, including from his eye
- Summoning weapons, like guns, claws, or a flower-like attack
Trivia
- Cookiez is based on the Cube 20 icon from Geometry Dash, alongside Dark Matter from the Kirby games (albeit loosely).[1][6]
- Cookiez is actually named after one of -Galactica-'s old usernames, CookiezGD.[1]
