Achievements in Project Arrhythmia are awarded for reaching certain criteria. There are currently a total of 5 achievements in the game.

| Is the sound off!? | Yes | Play through a level with the game's audio set to zero. | Setting the game’s audio to zero must be done through the audio settings. | |
| That is a lot of data | No | Play through 100 unique levels in the Custom Levels mode. |
