Cryo is a boss character created by DXL44 who debuted alongside Jawvil in Dark Dungeon, where they both attacked the player. He is a robot with an ice theming to his attacks.
Description
Appearance
Cryo has a square “screen” at the center of his body, made of a dark blue color with lighter cyan outlines. Each side of this square body has a trapezoid with an outline on it, and each corner has an arrow shape floating slightly out diagonally from it. His lighter cyan face is made up of two circular eyes and a mouth with a zigzagged line.
Personality
Outside of battle, Cryo is generally timid and a bit easily worried. However, he is able to commit to a fight against someone and will do his best in battle.[1]
Abilities
- Attacking with lasers
- Attacking with hexagon “ice shard” bullets, blasts, and bombs
- Slamming into edges of the screen
Trivia
- Before Dark Dungeon, Cryo was planned to appear in another collaboration level DXL44 was working on - On the Run, a bonus level for Another World.[1]
- All parts of Cryo’s body except for his center screen are modifications that allow him to attack with ice. These can be removed and swapped out with other similar additions.[1]
