Dimension (-Seanski2-)
Dimension is the first level in the Twisted Prophecy storyline made by -Seanski2-. The level's sole boss is Penta.
My first level. Aside from that, this is the first part in Twisted Prophecy, my storyline. Penta accidentally summons Hal instead of the deity he meant to summon to get rid of evils in a different dimension, but Hal wants to fill their role in some way.
Layout
Start
Penta appears, and begins speaking. Not much happens besides some story explanation stuff™.
Checkpoint 1
Penta begins attacking Hal with various beams from both his hands and from... out of nowhere, a pentagon portal shooting bullets, beams, and a chair, and general movement. At the end, Penta summons a blue Pentagon bomb, which fires off three pulse rings before saying "You haven't proven anything yet."
Checkpoint 2
Several black pentagons appear onscreen as Hal navigates a somewhat tight area. Beams also appear. At the end, yet another blue pentagon bomb appears. (Hint: It's not the last time.) Penta appears at the end, growing to massive size.
Checkpoint 3
The screen zooms out, and Penta begins attacking with quite the variety of... attacks. And would you believe it, there are more blue pentagon bombs. The section ends with Penta saying, "Fight back or give up!". Penta then goes through a pentagon portal.
Checkpoint 4
The same portal Penta went through begins spewing out quarter-circles as beams appear. The portal disappears as a last pulse goes off. A spotlight-like helper begins moving and eventually doubles. Some more black pentagons also appear. Wait- no blue bombs?
Checkpoint 5
Penta goes through a portal and proceeds to attack Hal once more with a variety of attacks. And woah, no blue bombs again, somehow?
Checkpoint 6
Penta zooms across the screen twice with some sort of barrier separating the top from the bottom that can be dashed through. This may or may not be a Party Time reference, but instead of slow saws, it's literally just Penta. Also, another blue bomb, woohoo. Penta's axe also makes an appearance in this part. The section ends with Penta opening a portal that showers bullets before saying "You're really confident in yourself, huh? This is for your safety. Prove yourself against this!"
Checkpoint 7
Penta zooms upwards as the screen zooms out, where several blue and yellow beams appear as giant gray squares move from left to right. A portal then appears, with Penta coming out of it and realizing he took it too far with attacking Hal, and apologizes. Somehow, there isn't a blue pentagon bomb.
Checkpoint 8
Ah yes, more obligatory story dialogue™. Nothing else of note happens. Not even a blue pentagon bomb, surprisingly.
