The Satan boss is the boss of the level Before the World Dies by ol666.[1] He is ol666's first boss character, and fights the player in hell.[2]
Description
Appearance
The Satan boss is made up of two separated semicircles that form a mouth with triangle teeth between them. He has two white, circular eyes alongside two horns and a yellow crown. He wields a red trident which is used for some attacks.
Abilities
- Throwing his trident, which can also move across the screen
- Creating shockwaves from his trident
- Opening his mouth to reveal a white square, which shoots out bullets
- Shooting a large laser from his mouth
- Using a variety of traps to attack the player, such as spiked balls and swinging hammers
Trivia
- The Satan boss is the only character created by ol666 before the reveal of Black Heart to not be retroactively added to it other than Blaster.
- ol666 originally planned to remake Before the World Dies as a part of Black Heart, but the level was cancelled.[3]
