Vortrox is a boss that appears in Wormhole and Octane. He was planned to work for Faiona in Project Paradox Beginnings
Description
Appearance
Vortrox's body is a purple hexagon, with 8 "swirls" extruding outwards in a spiral. A ring of two hexagons surrounds the main body. His face consists of a mouth with 5 teeth in a "w" pattern, as well as a singular eye with an orange pupil.
Abilities
Vortrox's abilities include changing size at will, creating vines and vortexes, dashing a short distance, and firing lasers from his eyes and mouth.
Trivia
- Vortrox's Beast Form is thought to be a reference to the void wisp from Sonic Colours, but this has been debunked.
- in the release version of Octane, Vortrox says "I'm have been looking for you Hal"
- this has since been corrected
- The headphone Vortrox is a reference to Coale
