Dark Delirium is a story-based level collection created by Mc-Starz. The series was planned to have 7 levels, with 6 of them released. The series features the main antagonist, Hysteria, as she tries to kill Nano by mind controlling various hosts. Due to Mc-Starz abandoning the PA community, the collection has been cancelled.
