Oddball

Oddball is a character created by Caps that appears in Mc-Starz's storyline Dark Delirium. He first appeared in Monster, where he is possessed by Hysteria and fights against the player. After breaking free, he acts as an ally character that follows you throughout the story.
History
Oddball first appeared in Monster, where he found the player by themselves. After commenting on their location not being safe, he was promptly possessed by Hysteria and forced to fight the player. After fighting, he managed to briefly break free and began to make his way out into a forest with the player - however, as they began to explain who Hysteria was, Oddball was quickly possessed again. Being forced out seconds before killing the player, Hysteria labeled Oddball as useless and left him with the player.
Left unconscious, Oddball woke up outside of the forest after being pulled there by the player. The two became caught in a thunderstorm, and began to start a search for shelter. While searching, Hysteria's possession continued to haunt Oddball. Afraid that he would be retaken at any moment, Oddball ran off and warned the player not to follow. Eventually, the player and Oddball reunited inside of a cave. Being reassured that Hysteria was completely out of his mind, Oddball and the player were forced to venture deeper into the cave as part of it began to collapse. This led to them meeting Delirium - Hysteria's first host.
While Delirium was attacking the player, Oddball interrupted to try and explain that they were both on the same side. He revealed that he was also a victim of Hysteria, and listened to Delirium's story with the player. Oddball and the player tried motivating Delirium in fighting Hysteria afterwards, but were interrupted as Hysteria returned. Eventually breaking free, Delirium was teleported away as both Oddball and the player were brought to Lumiere. Oddball left the player to talk with Lumiere alone, being teleported off again in the meantime. Finding the exhausted Delirium, Oddball tried to comfort him. As Delirium left, Oddball wished for him to stay strong.[1]
Description
Appearance
Oddball has a black circle body with a small black circle on his head. He has two black hands and two white eyes, with one eye slightly bigger than the other. When possessed, Oddball gains a giant mouth that stretches across his entire body and his eyes turn red.
Personality
Oddball is a friendly character who's often shy and scared easily. After being possessed by Hysteria in Monster, he only became more easily frightened, worrying that Hysteria could retake him at any moment. Despite his fear, Oddball is very supportive of others and cares deeply for Delirium and the player.
